Michael Austin
Michael set up Blue Dot in 2001 after 10 years as the finance director of several different businesses operating in the UK and internationally. He is a Chartered Accountant. Michael is a keen cyclist, struggling golfer and avid football fan.

Gail Cobley
Gail joined Blue Dot in 2009 after 11 years as a group reporting manager and financial controller in the media industry. She is a chartered accountant. Gail has 3 daughters and enjoys pub quizzes and is a reluctant gym goer.

Gary Hughes
Gary qualified as a chartered accountant at Ernst & Young, working there for sixteen years with a range of clients. Six years in industry followed before joining Blue Dot in 2009. Spare time is taken up with cycling, marathons and childcare.

James Fyfe
James joined in 2010 as an accounts assistant, having worked previously for a graphics company and a nursing home in administrative roles. He's currently studying for his AAT qualification. James enjoys learning languages, cycling and expanding his culinary knowledge.

Anthony Gilbert
Anthony, a Chartered Tax Adviser, was previously the Group Tax Manager at Allied London Properties and Aviva. At Aviva, he advised the senior management team on personal tax and agreed the Group's Corporation Tax liability with HMRC.

Dee Simmonite
Dee joined Blue Dot in 2011, is a qualified certified accountant. She has worked for many organisations throughout her career including Retail, Insurance, charities and consultancies. Dee spends most Sundays in all-weathers watching her two boys play rugby.
